Edmonton + Region
Edmonton construction placement
Alberta's population growth is driving sustained demand on Edmonton construction sites. We place journeypersons and apprentices across industrial, commercial, and residential builds.
- Electricians. Industrial and commercial, journeyperson and apprentice.
- Plumbers. Certified, verified, short-notice available.
- Carpenters. Framing through finish, residential and commercial.
- Apprentices for your truck.
- General trades and site labour. Screened for safety certs and site readiness.
Oilfield + Turnaround
Oilfield and turnaround placement
A plant maintenance callout and a project ramp are two different things. We know the difference.
Whether you need a single Red Seal pipefitter for a turnaround or a crew of instrumentation techs for a commissioning project, we maintain a standing pool of pre-screened oilfield workers. We have workers on rotational, camp-ready, and available on short notice when you need to move fast.
- Shutdown and turnaround crews. Short-notice, verified tickets, rotation-ready.
- Project ramp crews. Pipefitters, instrumentation, electricians, welders.
- Camp-ready workers. Familiar with oilfield protocols and remote site expectations.
- Oilfield supply chain.

Procurement
Indigenous procurement requirements
Many oilfield and infrastructure projects in Alberta carry Indigenous procurement commitments built into project agreements. Meeting these isn't just a compliance exercise. It requires access to qualified, verified Indigenous tradespeople who want good placements.
We maintain active relationships with Indigenous apprentice and journeyperson networks across Edmonton and Alberta, including connections to Trade Winds to Success. Tell us your procurement requirement upfront and we'll match accordingly.
Diversity
Building diverse site teams
Contractors bidding on government-funded infrastructure projects increasingly need to demonstrate workforce diversity. We're connected to Women Building Futures and NAIT's women-in-trades programs, and can source pre-vetted female tradespeople. Journeypersons and apprentices, across key trades.
Indicate this requirement in your intake form. It doesn't change our process. It just focuses our matching.
